Conversion of shares
According to RaySearch’s articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted to Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. In June, at the request of Bengt Lind, 1,061,577 Class A shares were converted to Class B shares. The total number of votes in the company thereafter amounts to 136,202,292. The total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 34,282,773, of which 11,324,391 are Class A shares and 22,958,282 are Class B shares.
