Skanska has acquired about 3,000 square meters of land in Warsaw, Poland. The total investment amounts to EUR 43M, about SEK 410M.The plot is located next to the ONZ Roundabout, in the central location of the city. The estimated gross leasable potential is about 60,000 square meters.
