Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q1 2023

Sandnes, Norway, 3 May 2023: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.148 per share for the first quarter of 2023, as of today, 3 May. With reference to the stock market announcement on 24 April, the Board of Vår Energi ASA resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.148 per share, NOK 2 865 874 370 in total, equal to USD 270 million, relating to Q1 2023.
