Housing App contributes to increased sharing economy and security
This year, Wallenstam’s Housing App celebrates its fifth anniversary. The first pilot test started in spring 2019 and today, 81 percent, almost 10,000 apartments, are connected. In the App, the tenants have access to everything about their accommodation in the one place. In the community section, which is a social flow in the App for the tenants in each property, a total of about 3,000 discussions are in progress per month.
