Rikshem has raised a loan of SEK 844 million from Niam Credit. The loan, which is secured by mortgage deeds, has a maturity of 10 years, and will be disbursed before year end.Also, during the fourth quarter, Rikshem issued a bond in Japanese yen for the first time.
