Finnish FCCA case closed

The Finnish Supreme Administrative Court has today issued a decision by which it has fully dismissed the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority's (FCCA) proposal to impose on Eltel a fine in the amount of EUR 35 million for an alleged infringement of competition law.The decision brings an end to the proceedings that were opened by the FCCA in 2013. By its decision, the Supreme Administrative Court upheld the Market Court's decision on the merits of the matter in full. Solstad Rederi AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has sold the AHTS Sea Panther for recycling. Delivery of the vessel took place today August 20[th], 2021. Gasum wins framework agreement with the Finnish Government for maritime LNG supply
