Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Orkla Food Ingredients AS, Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase the majority of the shares in the Greek company Stelios Kanakis Industrial and Commercial S.A. Solstad Offshore has signed a contract with Shell Brasil Petroleo Ltda (Shell) for the PSV Normand Starling (2013, STX PSV 08 CD, 4000 DWT).
