Changes in Haldex Group Executive Committee

Effective October 1, 2006, Jay Longbottom, Executive Vice President and Head of Hydraulic Systems Division, has been appointed Head of Commercial Vehicle Systems Division. Jay Longbottom has successfully headed the Hydraulic Systems division since 2002, and before that he had an international career in the US as well as Europe. Share trading exceeded full year 2005 value already in September

The strong growth of OMX Nordic Exchange continued in September. In September, the year to date total share trading value at the Nordic Exchange exceeded the value for the full year 2005. Trading increased with 40% for the first nine months, compared to the same period last year.
