HANZA's Board of Directors proposes to the AGM that no dividend is paid

HANZA Holding AB (publ) has due to the current uncertainty decided to change its proposal to the AGM to the effect that no dividend is paid for 2019. Previous proposal was SEK 0.25 per share.HANZA's Board of Directors decided at an extraordinary Board meeting today to propose to the Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2020 that no dividend is paid for the 2019 financial year.
