Lena Apler declines re-election to the Board of Directors of Collector

Lena Apler, the chairman of the Board of Collector, has informed the Nomination Committee that she will not run for re-election to the Board of Directors of Collector ahead of the Annual General Meeting that will be held on 27 April 2020. As previously announced, the Nomination Committee proposes that deputy chairman Erik Selin is elected new chairman of the Board of Directors. The Nomination Committee’s work is progressing and the Nomination Committee´s complete proposal will be presented in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.

Arise purchases bonds

Arise today announces that it has repurchased bonds with a nominal value of SEK 32,000,000. The repurchase of bonds concerns the company’s secured bonds with a nominal amount outstanding of SEK 650,000,000 (ISIN: SE0010920900). The bonds have a floating rate corresponding to STIBOR 3m plus 4.5 percent and are due in March 2021. Sale of DLB Norce Endeavour

Solstad Offshore ASA (“SOFF”) in December 2019 entered into a bareboat Contract with Saipem Portugal Commercio Maritimo Limitada (“Saipem”), a subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A., for the DLB Norce Endeavour. As part of the bareboat Contract Saipem Portugal had the option, at its discretion and subject to, among others, Saipem internal approval, to purchase the DLB Norce Endeavour. Saipem has now decided to declare the purchase option for DLB Norce Endeavour. Delivery of the vessel to Saipem is scheduled to April 2020.
