Indutrade extends existing Commercial Paper Programme

Indutrade extends the upper limit of its Commercial Paper Programme from SEK 2 billion to SEK 3 billion. Zutec: Strong growth but also higher costs in Q2 19/20

Q2 revenues grew 53% y/y to SEK6.5m but costs rose quarter on quarter and EBITDA fell to SEK-7.3m. Cash was SEK6.2m at end-Q2 and to date Zutec has utilised EUR0.6m of the EUR1m loan facility. Positively, the UK seems to have picked up for Zutec in January/February. Arbitration award related to purchase options for four VLCCs on charter to Okeanis ECO Tankers

In October 2019, Okeanis ECO Tankers (“Okeanis”) served a notice to exercise options to repurchase four VLCCs (“the Vessels”) that earlier had been bought by Ocean Yield ASA (“Ocean Yield”) and chartered back to Okeanis on long-term charters. The parties disagreed if the conditions for exercising the options had been fulfilled, and the matter was therefore referred to arbitration. Although quitting smoking during the 1[st] trimester of pregnancy reduces the risk of low birth weight, it isn’t enough to protect the unborn child from being born shorter and with smaller brain size, a new study from the University of Eastern Finland shows.
