Veidekke to build more homes at Lilleby in Trondheim
Veidekke has signed a contract to build 15 terraced houses and 39 apartments for the Nye Lilleby housing project in Trondheim. This is a design and build contract valued at NOK 130 million excluding VAT. Construction will be carried out on behalf of Lilleby Eiendom AS, which is owned 50/50 by Veidekke Eiendom and other partners. A total of 1,100 homes in the shape of apartments and terraced houses are to be built at Nye Lilleby. These will be surrounded by a huge 38 decares of parkland when completed.
