YIT has cancelled the bridge financing agreement related to the merger

YIT Corporation Stock exchange release February 20, 2018 at 08:30 a.m.In connection with the planning of the merger of YIT and Lemminkäinen, YIT agreed on bridge financing agreement which has been available since the execution of the merger on February 1, 2018. YIT has now evaluated its liquidity position and financial structure, and come to the conclusion that this EUR 240 million financing facility is no longer needed. The Bakkafrost Group delivered a total operating EBIT of DKK 331.2 million in Q4 2017. Harvested volumes were 11.5 thousand tonnes gutted weight. The combined farming and VAP segments made an operational EBIT of DKK 265.4 million. The farming segment made an operational EBIT of DKK 228.8 million.
