Lifco issues two bond loans of in total SEK 1,000 million

Lifco  AB (publ) has resolved to issue two unsecured bond loans with a tenor of two years. The first bond loan amounts to SEK 165 million and carries a floating interest rate of three months STIBOR +0.75% annually with an effective margin of 0.60%. The second bond loan amounts to SEK 835 million and carries a fixed rate of 0.355% annually. The bonds generated strong investor interest and the issues were oversubscribed. Ambea divests Nytida Anemon, a business within personal assistance

Ambea has completed the divestment of Nytida Anemon to FMF Assistans. The transition will be finalized November 30, 2017.Nytida Anemon operates in Lund and Stockholm. Multiconsult ASA –  repurchase of own shares  and completed share repurchase programme

On 29 November 2017, Multiconsult ASA ("Multiconsult") purchased 2 500 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 70.94 per share. Matsmart is cutting Nordic food waste and aims to expand its e-com store to new markets

Erik Södergen owned a grocery store in Stockholm and was frustrated he had to throw away completely edible food because the best before date was due. Something needed to be done and last year alone the e-commerce company Matsmart  saved 708 tons of food from being wasted. “A bottle of water does not go bad just because Tuesday changes to Wednesday and the best before date passes. The best before date is only the producer’s promise that the product keeps the same quality as when it was packaged. Also, the best before date should not be mixed up with the use by date”
