Speqta determines record date for reverse share split

At the annual general meeting of Speqta AB (publ), reg. no. 556710-8757 (“Speqta”) on 25 May 2022 a reverse share split of Speqtas shares was resolved upon, whereby ten (10) existing shares will be consolidated into one (1) share.
