PRH has deregistered companies that have not filed their financial statements for registration

The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) has removed from the Finnish Trade Register 900 limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration.The deregistered companies had not filed their financial statements despite reminder letters. Through the acquisition of the Aleris Omsorg 2019, Ambeas subsidiarie Stendi, has been involved in an legal proceeding in Norway regarding costs for temporary staff.
