JM's Board of Directors resolves to buy back shares

JM's Board of Directors has resolved to utilize the share buyback authorization given at the Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2014.The acquisition of ordinary shares in JM AB may only occur on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The authorization may be utilized on several occasions, although no longer than up until the 2015 Annual General Meeting. The number of ordinary shares that may be acquired is limited such that the company's holdings do not at any point in time exceed ten (10) percent of all the company's shares. At present, the company holds a total of 2,873,057 of its own ordinary shares.

BE Group Q1 2014 – improved earnings and signs of improved demand
