General Motors Recalls another 1.3 Million Vehicles and Google to Finally Go Through a 2-for-1 Stock Split
General Motors Company (NYSE: GM) announced even more vehicle recalls on Monday and more than doubled its estimate of the costs of recalling faulty vehicles this quarter. The company’s CEO Mary Barra, prepared for questioning from sceptical US legislators. GM said its expected charge this quarter for recalls had risen from the $300m it announced in mid-March to $750m.
