Saga Tankers ASA: Q4 2019 financial results

(Oslo, 13 February 2020) Saga Tankers ASA (“Saga”, OSE: SAGA) reported a net asset value (NAV) of NOK  351 million end of the fourth quarter 2019, corresponding to NOK 1.32 per outstanding share, excluding minority interests and with Vallhall valued at book value. New gene mutation associated with Fabry cardiomyopathy

The A143T variant of the GLA gene is associated with an increased risk of Fabry cardiomyopathy, according to a new study. The variant plays a role in lipid metabolism. According to the researchers, patients carrying the mutation and manifesting changes in the heart should initiate treatment to prevent the disease from progressing. The Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), which maintains the Finnish Trade Register, will deregister limited liability companies and co-operatives that have not filed their financial statements for registration.The first deregistration in 2020 now includes 3.800 limited liability companies and co-operatives that - despite reminder letters - have not submitted their financial statements to the Trade Register within two years and six months.
