SpectrumOne issues shares for the acquisition of Qbim AB

SpectrumOne AB (publ) (the “Company”) has today in accordance with the Company’s earlier press release on April 17, 2020 and based on the authorization granted by the annual general meeting on  May 20, 2020, resolved on a directed new share issue of 3,520,000 shares at terms described in said pressrelease as of April 17, 2020. The share issue is directed towards ACKSEA Holding AB, the former majority owner of the Company’s subsidiary Qbim AB. As previously announced the shares to be issued in accordance with today’s decision are subject to a lock up clause for a period of 12 months.
