    NCC to expand district heating network in Gladsaxe, Denmark

    Gladsaxe Fjernvarme has chosen NCC as main contractor for a project that will provide district heating to households in Gladsaxe Municipality in Denmark. The order amounts to approximately SEK 150 million.     NCC has been commissioned by Ejendomsfonden Artcenter Spritten to refurbish and remodel the listed Spritten factory buildings and convert them into an arts center in Aalborg, Denmark.     NCC will refurbish and remodel 402 residential units in Frederikssund on Zealand in Denmark on behalf of the public housing companies Domea and Boligselskabet Vores Bolig.     According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of voting rights in the company.During August 2024, 27,360 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 160,939,959.     NCC has been commissioned by Exilion to refurbish a future Scandic Hotel in Helsinki, Finland. The property also contains office premises, retail space and restaurants.
