Preliminary result of Rights Issue

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements regarding the rights issue (the "Rights Issue") by Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company") of up to 25,000,000 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 1.40 per Offer Share. The subscription period for the Rights Issue expired today 2 October 2019 at 16:30 hours (CEST). Preliminary counting indicates that the Company has received subscriptions for approximately 37.7 million Offer Shares at the end of the subscription period.
