Citycon resolved to increase the maximum reward to be given in the Performance Share Plan 2015 and on the details of the performance period 2016—2018
CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 11 February 2016 at 9:05 hrsFollowing Citycon’s acquisition of Sektor Gruppen AS (current Citycon Norway AS), the Board of Directors has on 10 February 2016 resolved to adjust the amount of the maximum reward under the Performance Share Plan 2015 approved by the Board of Directors in February 2015.The adjusted maximum total number of shares that can be paid for the group key employees under the Performance Share Plan 2015 is 4,300,000 shares (including also the proportion to be paid in cash). The new maximum reward allows inclusion of new key employees
