Alligo further strengthens its position in welding and fasteners in Sweden – acquires Corema Svets & Industriprodukter AB
Alligo has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in the Swedish company Corema Svets & Industriprodukter AB. Corema is a full-service supplier of welding and industrial products and fasteners with operations in Gothenburg and Sundsvall.The company, together with its subsidiaries Corema Fasteners AB and Corema Sundsvall AB, has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 155 million with good profitability and has 25 employees. - Alligo currently holds a leading position in the welding sector in Sweden and we already have a good collaboration where we act as
”Growth continued in the quarter with a strengthened order book and improved gross margin. Our performance was, however, held back by weaker demand in Europe. We are now accelerating initiatives to improve both short- and long-term profitability.
