The nomination committee’s proposal for board of directors of ADDvise Group AB (publ)
To the annual general meeting (AGM) of ADDvise Group AB (publ) on 3 May 2024, the nomination committee has decided to propose re-election of Fredrik Celsing, Staffan Torstensson, Johanne Brændgaard and Anna Ljung as members of the board of directors. In addition, the nomination committee proposes election of Thomas Eklund. Erland Pontusson has declined re-election. It is proposed that Staffan Torstensson is re-elected chairman of the board of directors.
