profit before tax EUR 363 millionRental income was EUR 373 million,an increase of 5.1 percent for comparable properties. Operating surplus was EUR 195 million,up by 3.3 percent for comparable properties. The increase in property value was EUR 365 million,equivalent to 2.9 percent. At the end of September, the market value of the property portfolio was EUR 12,177 million.
