Company announcement no. 11, 2019 - Auctions of covered mortgage bonds in Nordea Kredit Realkreditaktieselskab.

The refinancing of Nordea Kredit ARMs with annual refinancing on 1 April 2019 will be conducted via auctions of covered mortgage bonds (SDRO). The covered mortgage bonds are rated Aaa and AAA by Moody´s and Standard & Poor´s, respectively. The auctions will be performed by Nordea Bank Abp and they will be held at the NASDAQ Copenhagen auction market on Tuesday, 5 February and Wednesday, 6 February 2019. The auctions will open daily at 9.00 a.m. and close either by 10.00 a.m. or 12.30 p.m. Investors will be notified of accepted bids as soon as possible after the closing of the auctions

Clinical trial of Inofer: last patient in

The last patient of twenty has now been included in the clinical study of the iron tablets Inofer, which Drugsson AB (subsidiary of Double Bond Pharmaceutical) has the rights to distribute in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. A clinical trial of Inofer was approved, as previously reported, by the Swedish Medical Products Agency and the National Ethical Committee June 20, 2018, and started on October 4 when the first patient received treatment with Inofer tablets. EcoRub prefrains ordering new tranches

The board meeting on Thursday 2019 01 31 decided that EcoRub shall not order more Tranches from Bracknor and EHGOSF.Bracknor and  European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund (”EHGOSF”) has the right to two more tranches each at the value of 5 MSEK each. The agreement with EHGOSF say that 10 MSEK shall fall out within 12 months from October 2018 of which 5 MSEK  already has fallen out.
