SLP acquires logistics property from municipal company in Falköping

The real estate company SLP has signed an agreement to acquire the property Okularet 12 in Falköping, western Sweden. The property includes a logistics building built in 2018 and an ongoing extension, total lettable area after completion amounts to approximately 17,400 square meters. TBN's Åkeri AB has a five-year lease agreement for the entire property. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 134 million and the annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 8.8 million.
