Peab builds apartments in Gothenburg

Peab has been commissioned to build 138 apartments in the project Trägården stage 2 in Askim in southern Gothenburg. The customer is Stena Fastigheter Göteborg AB and the contract is worth SEK 225 million.Peab will soon begin construction in Askim in southern Gothenburg on the second stage of Trägården for Stena Fastigheter with 138 apartments, of which 52 will be rental apartments and the rest tenant-owned. Half-year Report January–June 2022

We acquired just over 1,300 building rights during the second quarter and we started production of 538 residential units. In total our building rights portfolio now amounts to just over 21,100 building rights. In addition, we have over 10,000 residential units in production.
