Fabege agrees one of Sweden’s largest lettings

Fabege and Saab AB have signed a lease for approximately 66,000 sqm in the Nöten 4 property in Solna Strand. The agreement covers the entire property and is for over 10 years. The rental value amounts to SEK 155m excluding supplements. Occupancy is scheduled to commence in autumn 2025. The project is aiming for BREEAM In-Use certification, at the Excellent level or better.The property is located at Solna Strandväg 22 and was built in 1971 for the Swedish Tax Agency.
