Until December 15, 2020, holders of SpectrumOne AB’s convertible bonds 2019/2020 (“KV 5”) were entitled to convert their convertible bonds to shares in SpectrumOne to a conversion rate of SEK 3.07 per share. Of the total outstanding loan amount of SEK 16,771,553.50 under KV5 with due date December 30, 2020, an amount of SEK 15,950,911.60  has been requested for conversion, which corresponds to approximately 95 per cent.
