Attana technology applied in malaria vaccine development to determine the neutralizing effect of sera
In a new publication in “Vaccines ” from Department of Immunology and Microbiology, Centre for translational Medicine & Parasitology at Copenhagen University, Attana technology has been applied to determine the interaction kinetics between antibodies from vaccinated mice and the pathogen antigen used for the vaccines. This provides valuable information for creating a vaccine with optimal neutralizing effect and hence a high level of protection for the individuals. In the study two types of vaccines have been compared.
