SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF SENIOR UNSECURED BONDS AND BUY-BACK

Bonheur ASA has successfully completed a new senior unsecured bond issue of NOK 500 million with maturity in November 2020. The bond issue was oversubscribed.
