TORM CFO accepts new position outside the Company

TORM's Chief Financial Offer (CFO) Mads Peter Zacho has resigned to become Chief Executive Officer at J. Lauritzen A/S. Mads has been with TORM since 2013. He will remain with the Company for a transitional period to effect an orderly handover of his responsibilities. Senior Vice President Christian Søgaard-Christensen has been named as acting CFO. Christian is currently TORM's Head of Corporate Support and part of the Senior Management Team. Christian has been with the Company since 2010. Targeted treatment for liver cancer under way

Researchers at the University of Eastern Finland and Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen have discovered a new molecular mechanism that can be used to inhibit the growth of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is the most common liver cancer.
