    On March 18[th ]2020, AFRY India received Letter of Award from Greenko Energy Projects Ltd. (leading renewable IPP in India) for providing Detailed Design Engineering services of 1200MW, Pinnapuram Integrated Renewable Energy Pumped Storage Project in the southern part of India, a first of its kind Pumped Storage project to be developed by an IPP in India.     Amended proposal regarding fees to the Board

    Considering the present uncertainties with the Covid-19 outbreak, the Nomination Committee of ÅF Pöyry AB has resolved to amend its proposal to the Annual General Meeting regarding fees to the Board by proposing unchanged fees in comparison with last year.     AFRY to design double-track railway development between Ängelholm and Maria station

    The turnkey contract for the double-track railway development on the Swedish train line Västkustbanan, between Ängelholm and Maria station in Helsingborg has been awarded to Skanska by the Swedish Transport Administration.     Following the recent market development due to COVID-19, ÅF Pöyry has initiated measures to mitigate future effects on the business.     AFRY to contribute to renovation of the Swedish Transport Administration’s new headquarters

    The newly renovated headquarters of the Swedish Transport Administration will be ready in the summer of 2022. Together with local contractors in collaboration, the property owner Diös will carry out the renovations of the property on Röda Vägen in Borlänge, central Sweden.     AFRY has entered a collaboration agreement with Hydro Extrusion, formerly known as SAPA Profiler, to increase production within the aluminium industry at the same time as reducing costs and climate impact.Hydro Extrusion is a world-leading company within aluminium profiles.
