    Ahlsell Denmark, through its subsidiary KJV A/S, has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in KS Værktøj A/S. The company will henceforth become part of the industrial specialist KJV A/S.KS Værktøj A/S offers a broad assortment in; tools, technical articles and workwear and is known for providing a high level of service to the industry. The company has 15 employees and a turnover of 31 MDKK (2023). KS Værktøj A/S operate with stores in Maribo and Rødbyhavn on Lolland-Falster.
