Friday morning the publicly listed esports company Astralis Group published the company’s first Annual Report.Astralis Group is a publicly listed esports media company who owns and operates three globally leading team brands including all media and commercial rights: Origen (League of Legends - currently no 1 in LEC), Future FC (FIFA) and Astralis (Counter-Strike, currently number 1 on the world rankings). Company Announcement No 4 / 2020: Annual Report 2019

Today the board of Astralis Group A/S approved the annual report for 2019 covering the statutory period 31 July 2019 (date of formation) – 31 December 2019 supplemented with consolidated financial information for the full year 1 January 2019 – 31 December 2019 for the operating group including teams.  Statutory consolidated financial statements - 31 July 2019 – 31 December 2019  Total revenue was DKK 26.8 million, which was DKK 2.8 million higher than expectation. EBITDA was DKK - 5.2 million which was DKK 0.7 million lower than the expectation. The result was DKK -23.9 million.
