Atrium Ljungberg renting out close to 5,000 m[2] in the new Söderhallarna

Atrium Ljungberg has reached an agreement with Ramboll who are moving their Swedish head office to the new Söderhallarna. The contract covers 4,900 m[2]. The post-modern building in the centre of Medborgarplatsen is undergoing major renovation and Ramboll is expected to move in at the end of 2026.Since the spring of 2024, a major overhaul of Söderhallarna has been under way. Its ground floor will continue to house a food market and restaurants, but with a new approach. The upper floors will be home to newly renovated workspaces and the building will also have extensions with roof terraces.

The construction of Stockholm Wood City has officially begun. Atrium Ljungberg rents out 10,000 m[2] in Hagastaden

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease contract with the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, which is moving to PV-palatset in Hagastaden. The contract covers a total of 10,000 m[2]. The once-industrial PV-palatset is currently undergoing extensive renovation, and the authority is planning to move in at the end of 2025.The Swedish Economic Crime Authority is a Swedish authority that fights and prevents economic crime. Today, the authority has offices on Kungsholmen, and in December 2025 it will move its head office and Stockholm operations to Atrium Ljungberg’s property PV-palatset in Hagastaden.

Atrium Ljungberg has signed a contract with Svenska Spel, which will move its office to the iconic Glashuset in Slussen. Atrium Ljungberg starts new residential blocks in Nobelberget – the launch of Stockholm Wood City
