    First Camp announces that the condition for the early redemption of outstanding 2022/2026 bonds has been satisfied

    On 7 October 2024, First Camp Group AB (the “Issuer” or “First Camp”) announced that it intends to redeem in full the outstanding 2022/2026 bonds with ISIN SE0019173725 (the “Early Redemption” and the “Bonds”, respectively). The Early Redemption was conditional upon the Issuer’s receipt of funds in connection with its issue of new SEK denominated senior secured bonds, as further described in the Issuer’s press release on 7 October 2024.     First Camp acquires five-star Kronocamping Lidköping

    First Camp continues its growth journey and is now acquiring Kronocamping Lidköping. The campground has received multiple awards and is one of Sweden's few five-star campgrounds.
