HiQ has signed a new framework agreement with the Finnish Agency of Rural Affairs and its purchasing parties. The new four-year agreement gives HiQ the status of the preferred supplier in quality assurance services.- From eight approved suppliers HiQ was selected as the primary supplier in the area of quality assurance, and as a secondary supplier in system development, something we take great pride in. In addition to the specified system development projects, the agreement includes advanced development as well as maintenance of the existing information systems within the participating
