    Hufvudstaden welcomes EY to Kvarteret Johanna

    Global advisory and accountancy firm EY has selected Kvarteret Johanna for its new offices in Gothenburg. The premises will be approximately 2,300 square metres in size, and occupancy is planned for autumn 2026.There is considerable interest in both office and retail space in the soon-to-be-completed Kvarteret Johanna, which totals 32,000 square metres. Occupancy is scheduled from 2026. Potential tenants are given the opportunity to get a feel for their future office space on site.     Leading full-service law firm Vinge is to move into the top floors of Gothenburg’s Kvarteret Johanna in the spring of 2026. In completely newly built premises in one of Gothenburg’s most central districts, Vinge will receive the full range of services and functionality that a modern law office needs.The remodelling and extension of Kvarteret Johanna remains on schedule and now potential tenants are being given the opportunity to see first-hand how future office space will look.     Danske Bank is extending its lease agreement with Hufvudstaden, which will see the bank remain at its iconic 1930s site at Norrmalmstorg 1 in Stockholm. The premises, amounting to approximately 9,800 square metres, will also be modernised to reflect the bank’s future needs and ways of working.
