    NCC starts development of new office building in Finland

    NCC has commenced the development of a new office building located in Espoo, Helsinki Metropolitan area. The office building comprises approximately 5,300 square meters of leasable office space.The new building, Alberga Business Park Phase D is the fourth phase of the Alberga Business Park, which in total includes five phases. “Finland is one of our main markets. We have focused on a sustainable and modern working solution and have been very successful implementing those.     NCC starts new office project near Copenhagen

    NCC Property Development starts the development of a new office building in the established Vallensbaek Company Park close to Copenhagen, Denmark. This new project comprises approximately 8,800 square meters of office space.In Vallensbaek Company Park, NCC has developed office buildings in several phases.     NCC sells office and retail property in Copenhagen

    NCC has sold a high street property containing retail and office space in Lyngby, a suburb of Copenhagen, for SEK 155 million. The buyer is the publicly listed real estate company Patrizia Immobilien AG.
