Øystein Moan announced earlier this year that he would step down as CEO in 2020. After a thorough evaluation process by Visma’s Board of Directors, Merete Hverven, who serves as Deputy CEO and Chief HR Officer today, has accepted to succeed Øystein Moan as Visma's new CEO.
