Kungsleden divests residential building rights in Norrköping
Kungsleden has signed an agreement with Reliwe AB to divest an undeveloped section of the Norrköping Oxelbergen 1:2 property that has been zoned for residential purposes.The price amounts to SEK 16.6 million, corresponding to SEK 4,100/sq.m.
