Skanska builds multi-family houses for Balder in Gothenburg, Sweden, for about SEK 390M

Skanska has signed a contract with Fastighets AB Balder to build two apartment buildings in central Gothenburg, Sweden. The contract is divided into phases where agreements are signed separately for each phase.
