Nordnet published prospectus and applies for admission to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm

On 8 February 2023, Nordnet announced that it had successfully issued Additional Tier 1 and Solvency II Tier 2 capital notes in the amount of SEK 300 million, designed so to fulfil the requirements for being both Additional Tier 1 capital (AT1) under the capital requirements regulation (CRR) as well as Tier 2 capital under the Solvency II regulation.For the purpose of the admission to trading of the notes on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm, Nordnet has prepared a listing prospectus which was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Lifco acquires Datamed in Germany

Lifco  has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares in the German company Datamed GmbH . The company develops, sells and supports a software program used by German dental clinics. In 2022, Datamed reported net sales of approximately EUR 2 million. The company is based in Eggenfelden, Germany and has ten employees. Datamed will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. Consolidation is expected to take place in the second quarter of 2023. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in

Bassadone acquires Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep import rights from Astara

Auto-Bon Oy, part of the Bassadone Automotive Nordic, has reached an agreement with Astara Mobility to acquire Astara Ital Finland Oy which distributes Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Jeep in Finland. The transaction includes also Fiat Professional commercial vehicles and the Abarth brand. The staff of Astara Ital Finland will transfer together with the importer business to Bassadone Group. The transaction is subject to the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s approval. Auto-Bon’s previous Stellantis brands include Citroën, Peugeot, DS Automobiles as well as the recently acquired Opel.
