Correction to previous information regarding index for XACT OMXS30 (UCITS ETF)

NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a contract in Finland - EUR 7.3 million

Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (FTIA) has appointed NRC Group Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to an overall contract for catenary and high voltage systems maintenance in Kouvola. The contract is valued at approximately EUR 7.3 million. According to NCC’s articles of association, owners of Series A shares are entitled to request that such shares be converted to Series B shares.
