Wicket Gaming carries out new share issue regarding payment for the Wegesrand Group
As communicated on August 2, Wicket Gaming has acquired the German edtech group Wegesrand. The purchase price amounts to EUR 1.5 million in cash and EUR 2.5 million in shares.Wicket Gaming communicated on October 5 that the settlement price for the share part of the purchase price has been set at 2 Euro. The number of shares in the purchase price thus amounts to 1,250,000.
