SLP has today acquired and taken ownership of a property with a lettable area of 14,000 square meters in Eskilstuna. The tenant is Senior Material AB and the agreement, which is a fully indexed so-called triple-net agreement, extends until February 2033. Annual rental value amounts to SEK 8.9m, which means a rent of approx.
