Skanska invests EUR 65 M, about SEK 680 M in the third office building of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use project, in Poznan, Poland. The investment considers the third building as well as underground parking levels for both the third and the fourth building. The construction contract is worth PLN 142 M, about SEK 340 M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe in the second quarter 2019.The 14-storey office building will have a total leasable area of about 27,000 square meters.
